Greetings friends, familiars, unfamiliars and chosen family! Kicking off the month of November with a gratitude practice and would love to have your participation. There’s a lot going on in our world and one of the ways we can create ripples of positive change is internally through practicing gratitude, and intentionally noticing and acknowledging the things that ARE working and wonderful in our lives. We have a natural negative bias that draws our attention out of our need for survival but we can cultivate the awareness of more positive things by shifting our focus. Call it a quest if you will.
I’ll start off saying I am so grateful for all of the indigenous people and communities. It’s their heritage month in November, but really we should be expressing gratitude daily all year round for their stewardship of our planet and their passion for living in partnership and co-creation with our Mother, Earth.
There are so many incredible people fighting to save our planet from the colonization created destructive downward spiral in the Earth’s wellbeing and they are the front runners working to reverse the damage. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And let’s get to work helping in whatever way we can. If you already do something, great share it here! Let’s share resources and ways to support.
